Our Global People and Culture team are a business aligned HR team that supports our Commodities and Global Markets business. Partnering with the Global HR Director and key stakeholders you will play a key role in influencing the People and Culture strategy in Commodities and Global Markets.  At Macquarie, we are working to create lasting value for our communities, our clients and our people. In this role you will manage a Talent Consultant and lead the talent agenda across our diverse group. This will include global management of talent reviews, performance appraisals, promotion processes and succession planning, as well as ongoing improvements to our performance and development approach. You will play a key role in shaping the People and Culture strategy and lead global initiatives that aim to enhance the employee experience in areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion, staff engagement, culture, leadership development and succession strategies. What you offer A background in HR/talent management/OD, ideally working within financial services Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels A data lead approach with the ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making You will have strong project management skills, a high level of numeracy and an interest in global markets are a significant advantage.
