In this key role, you'll lead and direct staff to manage operational issues and trends, fostering a performance-driven, customer-focused work culture. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, you'll promote HealthShare NSW’s Linen Service, provide informed advice, and ensure customer needs are met for effective production outcomes. Your responsibilities include ensuring operational compliance with corporate governance and risk policies, implementing cost control procedures, and developing strategies and business plans to enhance service delivery responsiveness and achieve operational efficiencies.
