The person we are seeking will hold at least a current Tradesperson's Certificate, enjoys customer service and working autonomously, will be flexible and able to prioritise, appreciates the importance of WH&S, plus have a positive approach to work. We provide a centralised base that handles all bookings for you so that you can concentrate on attending to the needs of customers. The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following attributes: - Has a current Driver's Licence Demonstrates good computer skills, including the use of Google Docs & Sheets (or similar) - Has experience with computer based estimating - Enjoys people - Takes pride in customer service - Demonstrates good communication skills - Has a commitment to follow the proven and successful Level Plumbing customer service model Ideally you will have worked in a similar role as an Estimator in a plumbing business. Sound knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards. Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills to accurately calculate cost estimates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
