About the roleVMCH Disability Services – Shepparton has a vacancy for a NDIS Support Coordinator to join a highly skilled team on a full-time basis 38 hours per week with flexible hybrid work arrangements. In this client-facing role you will work with NDIS participants to build their resilience, capacity and exercise their choice in accessing relevant support services within the community to allow them to achieve their goals. About youYou will be an experienced passionate Support Coordinator with outstanding communication and client service skills allowing you to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people. You will have excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands to meet client needs. Skills & Experience Relevant industry experience and tertiary qualifications in Disability or Community ServicesKnowledge of NDIS, Disability Act and other relevant legislationDemonstrated experience in case management and identifying, measuring and reporting on client and program outcome’sAbility to work autonomously and cooperatively in a teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementValid Victorian driver’s license,NDIS Screening Check and Working With Children’s Check required If you have the skills and experience required please APPLY NOW.
