Company :Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdAbout the Role:Due to sustainable growth, we are searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Archerfield, QLD based branch on a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the administration of our Information Technology Office.This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company’s day-to-day operations and will involve providing clerical support to managers and employees, coordinating administrative activities, and maintaining office efficiency.Key responsibilities: This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:Raise Purchase orders and invoice processingBooking Meetings and Scheduling EventsGreeting customers, suppliers and visitors when required Maintaining presentation of reception and Meeting rooms to a high standard in line with corporate and brand guidelinesEnsuring customer expectations and standards are understood and delivered within agreed timeframesEnsuring financial processes and systems are complied withWhy Sime Darby?
