Dispatch Manager

Job description

This is an opportunity for a highly driven individual with great ambition and a keen interest in sales.

Detail job description shall be informed during the interview. Few of the responsibilities are listed below;

• Process and manage dispatch of products to customers

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and addressing issues

• Manage warehouse operations including inventory management and ensuring a clean and organized workspace

• Client onboarding through our NAV system.

• Assist with the sales process through the preparation of estimates and/or fee proposals with the aid of the team and company directors.

• Taking orders and dealing with customer complaints and queries . :

• Participate in client meetings.

• Attend to general inquiries.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3 + years of experience required

Job Types : FULL TIME.

Salary : $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reservoir, VIC 3073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (preferred)
