About the role Reporting to the Records Unit Leader, the Administration Officer role will provide confidential, professional and efficient administrative and customer service support to the organisation in the delivery of compliant records management functions, including the use and maintenance of Council’s Information Management System. About you You will work effectively under supervision to manage time, plan, organise and prioritise own work, have high attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy. Exercise sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work. Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint), and Council’s Information Management Systems (MagiQ Documents, MagiQ Enterprise), or ability to rapidly acquire same. You will have an unrestricted driver’s licence – C class.
