Hybrid Work: Flexible mix of remote and Collingwood office days. The Role: As a Business Systems Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing an end-to-end CRM solution, starting from scratch. This is a true greenfield project, meaning the business has no existing processes, blueprint, or templates in place. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the entire system from the ground up. You will be responsible for: Source and implement a Client Record Management (CRM) system that aligns with client requirements. Lead the sourcing and implementation of an online Learning Management System (LMS). Develop and implement best practice project management systems across the organisation. Lead the implementation of the client’s new Impact Measuring Framework, ensuring consistency for data collection and management processes to enable complex analysis. Drive collaboration with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business needs, processes, interfaces, and data dependencies within the organisation. Manage and support continuous improvement across system platforms (CRM, LMS, Impact Measuring Framework, etc.). Monitor and track project progress, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and third-party suppliers. Develop and implement the client’s Business Systems roadmap through comprehensive engagement and analysis to ensure the seamless integration of fundamental business processes. Implement data handling practices that respect privacy laws and regulations within the client’s jurisdiction. Apply and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the project’s impact (on people, process, and technology) within the client’s organisation. Key Skills: Demonstrated project management experience with an ability to lead, implement and deliver end-to-end project management of IT systems, including planning, resource, and execution of plans. Proficiency in LMS, CRMs, and backend platforms. Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex information into plain language and actions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver pragmatic solutions. Highly Developed Communication Skills – ability to convey technical information clearly (both written and oral) and interact with people at all levels is essential. Previous experience working within an agile team. Considerable experience working within cross-functional teams and collaborating and communicating with senior business stakeholders.
