Business Analyst

The Opportunity: A global brand is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Data Privacy and Data Management, collaborating across various projects and operational data teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of customer data across the business, contributing to stakeholder management, data analysis, and driving key decision-making processes. The Role: Support program/project management in communications, engage with stakeholders to understand and validate data privacy and management requirements, elicit and analyze requirements, and document detailed business and technical requirements. Proactively engage and collaborate with teams and key stakeholders across the business, providing clear progress updates and raising dependencies and risks/issues. Define hypotheses and problem statements, work with teams to break down into epics and stories, participate in steering committee walk-throughs, and conduct data analysis to assist with decision-making. Facilitate team meetings, investigations, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the teams. Collaborate with dependent teams contributing to shared objectives and develop business cases. About you: You will be a seasoned Business Analyst with demonstrated experience working across Data Privacy related projects. You will also have: Previous experience working across Data Privacy, CDR, GDPR (advantageous), consent and individual rights, records management & Privacy impact assessment Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. Agile mindset with a deep understanding of Lean/Kanban/Scrum/XP principles. Proficiency in organizing and facilitating team workshops and meetings. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to break down and dive deep into problems, including data extraction and analysis.
