Reporting to our National Sales Manager Infection control, the Account Manager Infection Control position is responsible for the direction and management of all Sales and Business Development for the Getinge Infection Control (Capital and Consumables) within WA. This includes market competitiveness, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy. In this role you will be responsible for: Implementation of the Infection Control Strategic Sales Plan across WA. Business Development with identifying new market opportunities to drive growth and direct marketing operations. Directly manage client accounts; maintaining key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base. Liaise with Commercial Operations and consult on Corporate Partnerships, Sales Effectiveness and Training, Contracts, Tenders, Bids and Projects. Participate in the development of new project proposals. Identify new high-growth markets for new products, develop strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company and promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. Skills and Experience: Knowledge in Sales related techniques Experience working in an Infection control setting of a hospital would be advantageous Strong ability to plan and manage territory at both the strategic and operational levels Robust impact and presence, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence people Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners. Comfortable in various health care/medical settings and environments Solid commercial awareness with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team Flexible attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize different activities is necessary Successful applicants will be required to undergo relevant references, police, and health checks prior to appointment.
