Daily Responsibilities Include: Assisting participants with daily living skills and community activities that best suit their unique needs; they may include, helping with housework, personal hygiene, giving medication, and providing transportation to appointments and community events. Being informed about any changes to the participant's care needs and stay current with their plans and needs. To make sure all treatment plans are followed and carried out to the highest degree of care, collaborate with the participant's clinical team, attend training sessions, and receive regular updates Implementing the appropriate intervention techniques and, if available, the psychosocial supports described in their behavior support plan Compulsory input of data is required to address the challenges individuals face in achieving their personal goals on a daily basis.
