About the role: As a Case Worker, you will work as part of an integrated team comprising experienced Youth Workers, Therapists and Management making a positive and lasting difference to children and young people through the provision of an intensive, wrap around therapeutic living arrangement. You will with support from the Team Manager lead the team around the young person to implement therapeutic interventions. You will provide intensive trauma informed in home support maintaining a focus on cultural safety through focused, flexible support and quality care, using the Key Care Team framework. About you: You have a recognised and relevant qualification in Youth or Social Work or Community Services. You have knowledge of and experience working with child protection, out-of-home care  and demonstrated experience of working with children / young people with challenging behaviour in a trauma informed way. Ultimately, you have proven ability to build and maintain, robust relationship with internal and external stakeholders, high energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the role and industry.
