Job Description Data Transformation and Cleansing: Utilize advanced techniques to transform and cleanse raw data from Excel spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through rigorous validation and cleaning processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and refine data transformation workflows accordingly. BI Dashboard Development: Develop interactive and visually appealing BI dashboards using tools such as Power Query and BI. Design intuitive dashboards that enable stakeholders to easily interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of various departments and stakeholders within the organization. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of transformed data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Present analysis results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, transformation, and BI dashboard development. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to implement improvements and drive continuous enhancement of data analytics capabilities. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, transformation, and BI dashboard development. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas. Strong understanding of Power Query and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with large datasets and handling sensitive/confidential information is a plus.
