The Townsville Hospital and Health Service vision is one of excellence? to emerge the leader in health care, research and education for regional Australia.p> Do you have what it takes to make a substantial contribution to our vision - Are you Excited to take the next step in your career mission - Passionate, committed and dedicated to your profession - Prepared to question and advocate for what is important - About your opportunity Deliver high level clinical neuropsychological assessment and intervention to consumers of the Mental Health Service Group and Townsville Hospital and Health Service.p> You will provide clinical leadership in the delivery of clinical neuropsychological services to Psychologists working in the Townsville Hospital & Health Service, including actively contributing to education, training and supervision.p> Conduct high level psychological research, and participate at an advanced level in the development, monitoring and evaluation of best models of care for consumers.p> Key duties include; Provide expert consultation and advice regarding neuropsychological assessment and intervention for consumers of Mental Health Service Group and the wider Townsville Hospital and Helth Service teams.r>Lead the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols for clinical neuropsychological assessment and intervention with reference to a recovery focus and discharge planning for clients, using well developed expertise in mental health and clinical neuropsychology.r>Deliver culturally appropriate clinical neuropsychological services through consideration of the person's cultural background and beliefs, and liaison with other members of the multidisciplinary team, indigenous mental health workers and significant others.r>Provide advanced level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant managers andother stakeholders regarding service delivery and maintain key relationships.r>Maintain high standards of clinical and neuropsychological care through active participation in supervision, and provision of professional supervision to psychology colleagues and postgraduate psychology students as required.r> Role requirements Possess a four-year degree in Psychology Honours, Graduate Diploma from an APAC-accredited tertiary institution + current Important Company registration.ossession of a Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from an accredited tertiary institution is required, and endorsement or eligibility for endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist would be highly regarded.r>COVID- vaccination requirements It is a mandatory condition of employment for the employee to be and remain vaccinated against COVID-, as per Health Employment Directive 12/21PDF and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70PDF.r> Generous remuneration package value up to $137,806 p. comprising salary range of $,241 to $120,780 p.
