The Role :
- Our client is a well known, reputable organisation on the lookout for a permanent Head of Product to lead 4/5 Digital Product Managers and their squads/teams.

Your Responsbilities :
- You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and services, focusing on delivering business and customers outcomes
- Define product metrics that needs to tracked across the product portfolio and work, in partnership with Data & Analytics team, to enable the tracking and reporting needs
- Ensure prioritisation meets with business expectations
- Ensure stakeholder engagement is maintained by the Product team throughout the product development lifecycle, and engage senior managers and executives as required
- Engage and cultivate relationships with partners across other teams (Tech, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Data, Customer Care, Category Management) to align on shared objectives and manage risks or trade-offs
- Lead, coach and hire a team of high-performing product managers
About You :
- Experience managing and leading Product Management teams, with a focus on business results
- You have experience in high volume B2C digital company with a focus on web, mobile apps and continuous innovation at pace
- Experience in either, Eccomerce, Retail or consultancy is preferred.
