About the Role

About the Role & Company : An incredible opportunity to join an owner / operator Supermarket & Service Station business in a BRAND NEW site in Boorooma!!! Start in September to be trained in time for their GRAND OPENING in October! We're seeking a passionate and driven, hands-on Store Manager to join this exciting, independent retailer. With multiple banners in one space, no two days will be the same.

Working closely with and alongside the Regional Manager, you'll be accountable for all operational and HR aspects of the business. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for the customers, team members and community. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level in a brand new location.

Essential Skills :

• A history or working in a fast paced FMCG or QSR setting
• Confidence in rostering and wage budgets, volume inventory management and VM
• Confident managing a team of up to 30
• Great attention to detail to ensure an unforgettable customer experience
• Ability to delegate and manage time effectively across a 24 hour trading business
• Hands on approach to leadership and be willing to get your hands dirty

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
