ABOUT THE ROLE You will work closely and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective and efficient administration support to the School of Nursing and Midwifery. You ill be required to utilise their administrative experience and judgement, organisational skills and excellent communication skills to support the organisation of the placements. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and efficient administrative support and assist the School Manager and Administration Coordinator in supervising the administrative function within the School. Utilising the University’s enterprise systems to coordinate and collaborate with the Head of School and Academic staff to ensure efficient timetabling and scheduling for the teaching function. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and manage correspondence for meetings. Compile and assist with reports, prepare correspondence, submissions, statistical summaries, data sets and returns, and other materiel as required. Assist the Head of School and/or their delegate with the management and review of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms ABOUT YOU Completion of a degree or completion of an advanced diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in tertiary or other education sectors Demonstrated high-level time management, organisational and planning skills High level proficiency in various software packages, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio), Adobe, In-Design and timetabling programs (Allocate, Sonya), and video-conferencing tools.
