Join us as Service Solutions Engineer where you will be delivering and growing a Global Market Service portfolio to ABB customers within the Electrification Business Area in Moorebank, Australia. Reporting to the Service Solutions & Applications Manager, you will drive service sales and portfolio process in collaboration with the greater Service & ABB Sales Team. Your responsibilities Generating and driving conversion of, service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios Generating service sales opportunities and securing profitable sales within the designated area Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing specialist support and solutions Developing, owning, and nurturing ABB Service Portfolio offerings to Grow customer awareness and drive successful growth Focusing on installed base penetration (IB) and selling the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units Utilizing ServIS to understand the existing installed base (IB) and developing sales opportunities for Service products and solutions Your background Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred Strong understanding in Sales and marketing and learning agility to learn ABB’s wide portfolio of products/systems Strong knowledge of customer products, applications, and processes Significant sales drive focus energy to achieve and close profitable deals Excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations Ability to understand and use sales processes and related tools and identifying customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings and find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements More about us ABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart, and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity.
