Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To provide reporting suite to General Managers and Managing Director during sales seasons by category that enable the team to identify areas of under performance that need addressing by country. Your own insights in comparisons by markets and league rankings for growth will be required.

To manage the reporting of seasonal competitions linked to product category growth areas

To ensure all forecasting documents are issued and received on time so the operational effectiveness of the Global Distributors is seen a high performer.

To identify and propose changes to delivery dates in line with guidance provided that ensures stock is made available when it is going to be picked up and not stored in DC for long periods of time.

To assist General Managers with new market assortment planning using existing market data as a benchmark and guideline. Work with Design team if required on ideal assortment when required

To work on the seasonal pricing model and identify negative margin to Barbour lines, informing General Managers as necessary to evaluate if we cancel this line for individual markets. All negative margin lines that General Managers wish to accept need approval from the Managing Director.

To be the leader of sell through reports once we are able to access data from partners and provide management reporting on best sellers and overall inventory health

To build old stock pricing for partners to buy for their outlets under the strict approval of the Managing Director that is profit positive for Barbour above 15%.

To support Forecasting and Planning team during critical time periods for the good of Barbour overall.

Work alongside Marketing department to ensure stock availabilty for exclusive ranges, special events and store openings.

Identify in-season replenishment requirements and ensure stock is available to achieve seasonal targets working alongside Supply Chain.

Continually review incoming stock identifying appropriate transport method.

Ensure buys are made in line with Forecasting Timetable balancing the requirement for early stock availability and the risk of committing without firm orders.

Ensure buys are sized in line with business requirements ensuring stock is delivered to relevant warehouse globally.

Continually monitoring stock availability ensuring correct stock in correct location in line with customers’ requirements.

Identify individual market requirements and manage throughout the season to ensure product available in the correct warehouse for immediate sales.

Continually review business reports and ensure findings are actioned and communicated to relevant departments.

Skills and Experience: Highly numerate and analytical - Competent user of advanced excel, use of data/ planning systems

Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Ability to influence & present ideas in a positive and professional manner

Embrace /lead continuous improvement, with strong critical thinking skills

Demonstrates an ability to work consistently to high standards

Is able to contribute to team effectiveness whilst being self-motivated to achieve

Demonstrates a focus on solutions which add value to customers and the overall business
