About the role The Daikin Trade Center (DTC) supports existing and new trade customers in the Air Conditioning and accessories market. Internally this role is called DTC Trade Counter Sales. An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate individual looking to join the team based in our Daikin Trade Centre in Thomastown VIC, offering for immediate start. Reporting to the Trade Centre Supervisor, this hands-on role is responsible for providing professional customer service to Daikin customers through the prompt processing and managing of sales orders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to: - Prepare and capture sales order details accurately for entry into SAP. - Accurately preparing and capturing sales orders, processing stock movements, and processing EFT payments. - Promptly and professionally tend to customer enquiries and keep customers informed on their sales orders and delivery. About you To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering the following - Customer service skills - Attention to detail - Data entry experience and exposure to SAP or a similar system will be advantageous. - Current VIC forklift license (LF) is essential.
