The Role

This position will be responsible for the delivery of key Employee Relations, Workplace Health & Safety and Policy related projects as assigned to improve the function's operational expertise and technical ability and reduce organization risk. It will provide technical employee relations advice and guidance in the following areas across all of IFM's office locations globally:

  • Provide coaching to P&C team members and business leaders in respect of employee relations, employment policy and people management practices.
  • Establish key toolkits and processes, templates and procedures for effective and consistent management of employee relations matters.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to P&C team members and business leaders when dealing with technical employee relations matters.
  • Engage with external legal counsel on ER matters as required.

This role can either be full time or part time 4 days a week.

Your Background and Experience

  • Strong HR generalist background with minimum 8yrs broad experience
  • Exposure to HR discipline areas such as engagement, culture, leadership development etc.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and business partnerships with others - being a credible 'trusted advisor'.
  • Strong track record effectively coaching team members and peers
  • Has the courage to challenge others in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a business agenda through identification of high leverage interventions.
  • Possess leadership and collaboration skills with an ability to empower and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to coordinate virtual teams
  • Demonstrated ability to scope end to end change program, work independently and prioritise tasks in an agile and changing environment
