• Junior Recruitment Consultant**

• In this Trainee Recruitment Consultant job in Melbourne, you will _

• be responsible for_:

• Building your commercial knowledge of sectors and roles within the world of early careers

• Ensuring all administration is up to date on a daily basis - our top revenue generators are both great communicators and exceptionally organised

• Becoming an expert in your field and keeping tabs on industry hiring trends and news

• Attending client briefing calls (and meetings when possible) to understand the nature of the roles you are working on and strengthen business ties

• Identifying and researching new business prospects and working in conjunction with the business development efforts to further expand our network

We're a small team in Melbourne, so you'll work closely with management and have heaps of opportunities to get involved in business decisions.

Job requirements - Junior Recruitment Consultant

• A great work ethic twinned with a strong commercial track record of success
• Evidence of having worked in a busy client-centric environment — we are ideally looking for someone who has prior experience working to KPIs
• Top organisation skills
• A positive mindset and self-motivation
• Excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills - the ability to adapt and cope well with unexpected problems, to work through issues and around any objection
• High level of empathy - showing empathy creates great relationships - showing you understand their unique challenges and perspectives
