As part of their commitment to developing and improving health & safety, they are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate with local Managers and employees to increase safety awareness and adherence.  Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with local management and employees to develop and enhance safety awareness.  Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards  Take the lead in health and safety incident investigations, offering vital support to the business, identifying corrective measures, and contributing to long-term solutions. Provide Health & safety related training and guidance to all stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Possess formal Health & Safety qualifications (min. Cert IV) Have previous experience in a safety role, and a solid understanding of H&S legislation. Self motivated with the ability to work independently. Hold a current driver's license and be able to travel regularly 3-4 days per week.
