You’ll use your previous retail management experience to help coach our retail consultants to success, making sure they’re driven and energised to reach and exceed store targets. This is a pivotal role and one which will help you also grow professionally. What you’ll do Oversee the induction of your new team members Coach the store’s team to meet (and exceed) store targets, through utilising your performance coaching prowess Help support your team with customer query escalations Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed Executing business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics. Act as team cheer leader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store culture Organise the store floor and team’s work schedules, to meet customer demand About you You have previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management role You’re able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team You’re able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solving You’re an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change What’s next?
