Talent Acquisition Officer Multiple positions Full-time & Part-time, Fixed term and Permanent $37.68 - $40.71 per hour About the role The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for providing advice, coaching and support to GH managers in the attraction, acquisition and selection of employees. Collectively, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the provision of expert and accurate advice, ensuring that all external and internal recruitment procedures are transparent, systematic and promote a 'best  person for the role' approach, whilst working within appropriate industrial legislation and Enterprise Agreements. We are looking for a recruitment expert who is able to work predominantly on site and thrives working in a complex, fast paced and constantly changing work environment. Skills and experience Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource or business, or demonstrated experience in recruitment or human resource services preferred. Previous experience in contemporary recruitment tools, processes and relevant legislation. Prior experience and knowledge of the Targeted Selection methodology would be an advantage. Certificate IV in training and assessment would be an advantage. Ability to work in a fast paced high work load environment with the ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload with conflicting deadlines.
