Role Overview: As the Executive General Manager of Operations at Tecside, you will be at the helm of strategic management and coordination of our ANZ Branches. Your primary objective is to ensure financial and safety targets are not just met, but exceeded. Key Responsibilities: As the Executive General Manager of Operations, you’ll spearhead strategic leadership, operational management, and team development to drive organisational success. Crafting and executing strategic plans, optimising recruitment processes, and ensuring client satisfaction are paramount. You’ll foster a culture of accountability and growth, providing continuous feedback to exceed targets. Identifying training needs and championing employee career progression are crucial for team development. Nurturing client relationships and identifying business growth opportunities are essential. Upholding compliance with laws, implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring safety and quality standards are rigorously maintained are key priorities. Efficient financial management, staying abreast of industry trends, and implementing technology solutions are imperative for operational excellence. Collaborating with the management team to enhance internal procedures and standards is essential. Roll up your sleeves and tackle any additional duties necessary for running operations effectively.
