Management Accountant

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious and newly qualified Management Accountant to join this dynamic and highly commercial organisation. Company This is a highly regarded commercial organisation who support construction, civil engineering and industrial projects. The Head Office is based in Western Sydney; near Blacktown.  Position In this newly created role, you will be working closely with a high performing team and reporting into the CFO. You will have broad responsibility across management accounting and support financial accounting for this growing organisation.   Key duties include: management and cost accounting intercompany reconciliation revision of payroll accruals and estimates full accounting of 2 divisions (trades) Oversight of large volume small asset management and internal charges month and year-end support responsible for organising internal audit group consolidation accounting tax governance and planning prepare documentation for compliance and tender processing project accounting and performance analysis   Profile You will be newly qualified (CA or CPA) with existing accounts experience. You may be a first mover from public practice, looking to develop your career in a highly commercial role.  You will have excellent communication skills, be people focused and process driven, and will enjoy having a diverse and evolving role.
