Site Services Officer Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, this full-time role will have you working autonomously to ensure our facilities and factory equipment are maintained to a high standard. Working Monday to Friday each week, shift times generally sit between 6am-2pm. This position is based on the stunning Dover waterfront, less than an hour drive south of Huonville. What does your week look like? Daily site inspections: start off your morning by walking around the plant equipment and completing inspections toensure that facilities and supporting infrastructure remain in good working order Waste water treatment: check the operation of our wastewater treatment plant and take samples to ensure compliance Preventative maintenance: work proactively to reduce downtime so that the factory can operate at peak production General maintenance duties: assist the wider maintenance team with general duties around the processing factory as required What can you bring? This role is well-suited to someone from with an electrical or mechanical fitter background. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities: Highly self-motivated and accountable team member who has the ability to work autonomously Previous experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment (desired) Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive approach towards continuous improvement What’s in it for you?
