Fixed term Contract 12- 18 Months Small Friendly Team About your new employer •Australian organisation •Respected and well-known brand •Small close-knit finance team •Supportive culture that fosters growth and development of their staff About your new job Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: •Accounts Receivable •Assist with Accounts Payable •Balance sheet reconciliations •Daily banking and bank reconciliations •Preparation of BAS •Assist in the preparation of any additional •Monthly, Half Year and End of Financial reports •Warranty receipts and adjustments •Motor vehicle registrations •Assist with costing of products •Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budgets and Forecasting •Assist in end of year Audit processes •Complete Ad hoc reporting and queries from the wider business •Ad Hoc assistance with other Admin staff and tasks About You To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following: •Prior experience in accounting and a thorough understanding of Accounting principles -ideally within a similar capacity •Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders •High attention to detail and accuracy •Willingness to learn and take on ad-hoc tasks when required •Intermediate to advanced level Excel What is in it for you •Convenient location – accessible by public transport •Comprehensive training and handover Supportive management and friendly supportive culture •Long term opportunity
