Branch Manager - Full Time

Matraville, NSW Our Branch Managers are born leaders who have a strong customer service focus and good business acumen.  You will need to be passionate about leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, preferably in a retail sales/leadership role in the trade/hardware industry. As the Branch Manager and working with your team, you will take the lead on the results of your Branch, ensuring safety is at the forefront of your decision making, you will be responsible for the performance of the branch and required to achieve and deliver on the Company’s strategy and vision. You will be an inspiring leader who your team looks up to, you will lead by example in a professional manner and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up when required. About You Strong and experienced leader. Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a high level of service standards. Responsibility for team leadership and the safety of your branch. Accountable for growing sales in your area by developing and strong trusting relationships with your customers. Stock management including ensuring the optimal stock levels for efficiency.
