For a national medium sized provider of energy saving solutions to large commercial businesses. For an eager less experience hunter OR a more seasoned professional with b2b experience interested in selling 0.5 to 16MW solar solutions to prestigious sports venues and large commercial sites. Requires experience selling b2b solutions Salary guide: Base $100,000 - $130,000, $225,000 - $250000 OTE Inner Melbourne location A normal day includes selling Solar solutions to Sports centres and Commercial businesses by prospecting, hunting, and building up a pipeline There will be a certain level of pipeline available immediately to leverage off. Assess prospects needs by going on daily Site visits and attending client meetings Use a system to generate proposals Presenting PPA options We are open to any industry it's all about aptitude and attitude. Your next employer has been in business for over 12 years. They specialize in solar solutions, with a large focus on commercial lighting for sports venues and general lighting for healthcare providers, manufacturing and commercial sites. The solar industry is experiencing significant growth, with energy prices on the rise and solar panel costs decreasing considerably, leading to an oversupply in the market. National subsidies are further fuelling this growth, making solar installations more attractive than ever. As a result, the typical payback period for solar investments has shortened to just 2-3 years.  Many businesses are taking advantage of this opportunity by selling excess energy back to the grid through Power Purchasing Agreements (PPAs). These agreements allow them to enjoy electricity cost savings of 30-40% while ensuring that their solar systems are fully maintained and monitored for the duration of their contracts, which can span anywhere from 10 to 30 years.
