Your ‘day to day’: As a Field Territory Manager, you will be responsible for: - Building effective business relationships with retailers in order to reach sales objectives; - Developing and implementing effective plans to meet business objectives; - Maximising the presence of our product portfolio addressing ranging opportunities - Managing your own territory, working autonomously to meet your targets; - Reviewing and analysing market and store level data to identify and implement the best sales activities. We’re looking for our next super star who has: - Strong sales skills and the ability to influence; - High learning agility with a solution-based focus; - Strong analytical and insights skills, with a data-led decisions approach; - The ability to work independently and be self-driven to achieve targets & objectives; - Excellent organisational and time management skills; - Ideally you will have tertiary qualification and experience in FMCG - Intermediate in Microsoft Office package - Enthusiasm and the ability to make an impact in our region.
