We are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy-going environment.   About the Job: As the Interfit Director Australia, you will will be responsible to create the country business strategy of Interfit, defining strategic priorities and guidelines. In collaboration with each sales area of the country, you will ensure the expansion of Interfit business in new sites / segments / customers. Key Responsibilities: Build country Interfit strategy and lead strategy execution Identify new business opportunities and creating business plans together Participate to negotiations and new partnerships with key national customers Continuous high level and detailed reporting to country management Drive M&A agenda for Interfit prospects Ensure adherence to global Interfit branding guidelines and marketing plans. Provide support to the local teams for the implementation of marketing activities (sales campaigns, offices and trucks building, digital campaigns, etc.) Define country Interfit operational priorities Coordinate country Interfit Health & Safety activities Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or superior qualification Minimum 10 years in a dynamic sales environment operational and strategic marketing environment Previous tire industry experience preferred Good understanding of operational processes (warehouse and stock management, service planning, Health & Safety, operational KPIs monitoring) Experience in managing branding and marketing plans Strategic thinker with strong local reputation for delivering professional solutions within the local markets Full proficiency of MS office Good understanding of digital solutions and IT platforms If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside a dynamic team, seize this opportunity and join us at Yokohama TWS.
