We’re looking for experience people who enjoy working in teams, translating complex technical information, and engaging with stakeholders, landowners and the community .  With a strong pipeline of work in Australia, particularly in our power and energy business , we are looking for talented, curious, and committed consultant to join our growing Engagement and Social Planning Section. You’ll be working with a major power and energy client and benefit from learning an experience multi-disciplinary team. We partner with the broader Jacobs business to design, deliver and evaluate communications and engagement approaches for infrastructure, sustainability and environmental initiatives. We help our clients solve their most complex challenges in ways which consider stakeholder and community impacts, and seek to deliver positive environmental outcomes. We collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of markets including water, defence, energy, power and transport. As an early to mid-career consultant, you will: Prepare stakeholder and community engagement plans. Prepare communications for a range of channels, this may include community updates and notifications, briefing presentations, webpage copy and media releases. Coordinate and help facilitate engagement activities, in-person and online. Prepare outcome reports including an analysis of qualitative and quantitative outcomes. Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in continual improvement. Develop your consultancy and project management skills. Collaborate with a range of technical specialists and work in multi-disciplinary teams. Here’s what you’ll need : A tertiary qualification in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Social Science, Arts or related field. International Association for Public Participation certificate (desirable). Good writing and editing skills and a consistent record in producing high quality communications. Experience in stakeholder engagement, community engagement, community relations, community development or related field. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A ‘can do’ attitude with an interest in continuous learning and improvement. This role is open to recent University graduates and those who have up to 6 years relevant experience.  Jacobs.
