Aboutthe position The Administration Officer position is responsible forundertaking a range of administrative support, record keeping anddata entry tasks, working within the Environmental & RegulatoryServices Branch. This position will work under regular supervision. The salary range for this position is $63,038.90 - $68,282.40 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. This is a Temporary Full time position until 23 March 2025. The position is based in the Toowoomba CBD. CBD Parking provided. Active social club – TRC Employee’s Association. Howto be successful in this position - SuccessCriteria Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely advice in a helpful and supportive manner. Demonstrated sound level of skills in the operation of computer software including the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel, and databases with the ability to provide fast and accurate data entry. Ability to develop knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the work area. Ability to use organisational and planning skills in managing competing priorities in a busy environment. Understanding of and commitment to Council’s Organisational Value and Behaviour of Teamwork.
