You will lead by monitoring and adhering to organisational data management procedures and contribute to the development and implementation of compliance to standards and guidelines regarding data management.We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying. Specifically, you will:- Work with the CFO/Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to analyse existing data / reporting practices and provide recommendations/ business cases where appropriate.- Analyse and prepare data / reports for RFDS contractual reporting in conjunction with relevant contract managers.- Assist business units by providing operational data analysis.- Develop an information management forum to ensure data is used consistently and appropriately.- Develop and provide guidance on consistent reporting and KPIs across customer contracts and collating and managing reports on performance to relevant contract managers- Continuously evaluate the quality of clinical documentation to spot incomplete or inconsistent documentation.About YouAs an experienced lead Data Manager, you possess the following capabilities and experience:- 3-5 years of clinical data management experience- Comprehensive oral and written reporting skills- Knowledge and experience with various clinical databases and key technologies - Proficiency implementing and operating the EDC product Medidata/RAVE.- Superior prioritisation and organisational skills - Strong written and verbal communication capabilities- Demonstrated problem solving expertise and;- The ability to maintain effective relationships and to use influencing skills to drive acceptance of change.Tertiary Qualifications in Business Admin or a related discipline are essential.
