Kitchen Attendant

Pullman Sydney Airport is looking for a Kitchen Attendant to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 5 versatile conference rooms.

As our Kitchen Attendant you will be reporting to our Executive and Head Chef and form a part of our Kitchen Brigade who are a dedicated and passionate team of professionals.

The role :

• To assist the Kitchen Brigade in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitized operating equipment.
• To utilise food handling techniques which are in line with current health and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.

The person :

• Attention to detail ensuring cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority.
• No experience necessary but will need a willingness to learn and develop skills.
• The highest level of ethical standards and passion for guest service.

To be successful in this role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays. as per our business demands.
