Working across our specifically designed fleet, this role is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for all guests that is one to remember. Along with your crew this role will ensure that quality and safety are paramount to the experience and above all don't forget the fun!! About You We are looking for a passionate skipper (preferably with local knowledge) who is customer focused to provide the best tours possible for our guests. if this sounds like you? you would have: Current first Aid, CPR and O2 certificate  Safe approach to vessel operations and preserving the environment  Ability to lead a small team with effective communication, motivation and a one team focus  Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure    A flexible and adaptable approach to provide the best tour experience possible  An understanding of maintenance and marine mechanicals. The ability to work across a 7 day operation.
