The organisation: Carbitool, a subsidiary of Sutton Tools Pty Ltd, is a tool manufacturing, sales & distribution business based in Moorabbin and they're currently seeking an experienced dispatch/warehousing officer due to an internal promotion. As the dispatch/warehousing officer, you will be responsible for a plethora of duties including but not limited to: Invoicing Picking and packing orders Dispatch Freight liaison Reporting Inventory, Stock take Data entry of all customer orders into CRM (Movitnet) Ordering and co-ordinating stock in a timely manner Tracking and consideration of stock lead times including all communication to clients and stockists. Enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and freight details as requested. About you: As an experienced dispatch/warehousing officer, you will have proven experience working with small to medium sized warehouses and be well versed in streamlining processes. You will have a strong work ethic and a good eye for detail/ numbers and be able to demonstrate the following: Administration/ invoicing skills - with a high level of detail. Excellent phone manner. High level of safety awareness and adherence to safe operating practices. High customer services focus excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders on all levels.
