This opportunity As a Principal Security Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing all the security solutions and assisting the planning & execution activities of Technology Security program / initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing the enterprise security architecture by working closely with the enterprise architecture (EA) practice and other key stakeholders within TPG Telecom. You will be responsible for defining target state architectures, patterns and blueprints. Responsibilities Responsible for the definition of target state architectures, patterns and blueprints Support in establishing architecture vision & development of technical standards that facilitate operational improvements Attending Architecture Review Board sessions, analysing various business solutions for security architecture compliance and standards Assisting / developing annual and long range planning based on business and security risk priorities Security Advisor/SME for TPG T business and technology people for any queries Design security solutions and provide all the related documents (like solutions design documents etc.) as required, by engaging both internal and external stakeholders Solution design and architecture presentations to Architectural Review Forums and boards Build architecture models / processes / blueprints in Architecture repository tool Documenting Threat Risk Assessment along with security governance team when need arises Review and advise on delivery activities of projects/programs within Technology Security domain including: Effective Scoping of Project/Programs Reviewing and advising on deliverables Issue and escalation resolution arising from Projects Review accuracy of project estimates Participation in any delivery related Stakeholder discussions Identifying opportunities and promote realisation of architecture benefits and/or delivery efficiencies by grouping and identification of risks and issues as appropriate Provide project estimates at business planning and concept stage Taking ownership of components of projects/programs within Technology Security (Concept/Feasibility to Post Operational Support) Key Tasks Provide technical guidance, decision making and support to project/programs to PM’s, Planning leads, Solution Architects, Solution Designers and Test leads; so that they have a clear understanding of drivers for and constraints on the solution Provide architecture and delivery advice to the Program/Project Manager and Business Sponsor to assist the management of project scope, risks and issues Provide Continuous improvement of systems, processes and knowledge management tools Provide input to continuously improve technical standards, processes & methodologies and ensure their adoption Recognise system deficiencies within Technology Security; and implement and drive effective solutions Contribute to security strategy & direction; and communicate best practice throughout the company Promote security awareness and policy advocacy by supporting various internal and external stakeholders as required Frame subsequent proof-of-concept and implementation activities Maintain strong relationships with team members and organisational stakeholders Ability to multitask, take direction, adapt to situations and learn quickly Good problem-solving skills & the ability to focus on solutions Ability to coordinate and respond to a fast-paced team environment Ability to work under pressure to achieve individual and Team goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and friendly interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience At least 5 years of Information Security experience Strong and in-depth understanding of security architecture and design Strong past experience in Identity Access Management (IDAM) product (e.g Sailpoint, Okta etc), Privilege User Access Management (PUAM) product (e.g Cyberark etc) and leading and delivering the IDAM/PUAM transformation program. Solid experience in delivering full end to end security solutions (Concept/ Feasibility to Post Operational Support) Comprehensive skills and experience in identifying, researching, evaluating and recommending new and emerging security technologies Cloud experience/exposure -- particularly AWS and Azure Network Security Experience in Telecom industry is needed particularly around 5G security Strong hands-on technical problem-solving abilities Strong ability to maintain consultative/participative processes with key stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time Understanding of various security technologies (Identity & Access, Threat detection, Data security) encompassing enterprise solutions, and the ability to apply these within a demanding environment At least one or more of the certifications like CISSP/CISM/PCIDSS/ISO27001/SABSA/TOGAF Ability to self-study and acquire required skills to further responsibilities Benefits and perks Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office) ‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – Access to a free mobile plan ‘Stay Connected NBN’ – Access to a free NBN 100 plan ‘Your Leave’ - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities Access to Corporate Partner Discounts Bolder and better together!  Don’t meet every single requirement?
