We would like to hear from personable individuals who demonstrate empathy and compassion and are excellent team players in a busy, multidisciplinary environment.The Position:In this role you will be committed to providing excellence in care to our frail, elderly residents of Maddocks Gardens ensuring a safe, secure and happy living environment. You will assist residents with activities of daily living whilst encouraging them to maximise their potential for independence and quality of life. A key requirement of this role is availability to work across 7 days a week and perform a variety of shifts. Opportunities to gain additional shifts covering team members leave are available. Shifts are remunerated accordingly, with penalty rates paid for afternoon and nightshifts, 50% loading on weekend shifts and % loading on public holidays. Why should you apply?
