We are proud to provide high quality glass packaging for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages and dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations and fuel consumers' desire for glass.As our new Customer Service Representative, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit for customer satisfaction.The RoleBased in our inner-city office (Southbank) and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will have national responsibilities for the provision of quality customer service across all glass products.This is a busy and highly varied role. You will be constantly challenged while managing customer relationships effectively, and in line with Visy Values.Your key areas of responsibility will be, but are not limited to:· Customer support and relevant interaction across email and phone· Order management in a timely and accurate manner· Liaising with the internal Account Managers, Logistics and other departments as required· Providing administrative support, including documentation, and new customer setups. In order to be successful in this challenging role you will:· Have solid experience in Customer Service (within the manufacturing industry will be a huge advantage)· Possess exceptional communication skills to establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers· Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, coupled with a strong team attitude· Be a highly motivated, driven and organised individual who thrives within a fast-paced environment· Have database entry experience (SAP would be an advantage)
