Our Assessment and Advisory Service delivers evidence-based psychometric testing in the recruitment and deployment of personnel; as well as the proactive wellbeing check service that is designed to mitigate the risk of psychosocial stress in high-risk roles. Services are predominantly delivered via video, but occasionally delivered face-to-face at customer onsite locations. The successful candidate can be based throughout Australia.What We Are Looking For:Qualifications Psychology, or Social Work.Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW)Minimum five (5) years post-registration experience.A strong background in organisational consultancy.Confidence with computer systems is an asset.What We Are Offering:Flexible working arrangements – including working from home options and adjustments to hours.
