Maintenance fitting experience gained in an environment where there are moving parts, components, assemblies, etc., with a high emphasis on safety. Highly developed written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organisational and leadership skills. A solution focused problem solver. Forklift and Boom Elevated Platform License is a must. Comfortable with heights, heavy lifting and climbing. Customer service orientated. What you will be doing: Provide leadership within the Technical Services Department. Supervise, train and mentor technicians and officers. Ensuring the maintenance of equipment and building is carried out safely and to standards. Managing the allocation of labour. Applying a 'no compromise' approach to OHS/WHS and company procedures and guidelines. Leading Toolbox Talks. Performance management and employee reviews. Other tasks as defined by the Engineering Manager of Tech. Services.
