Requirements About you You are a motivational team player who is ready to take on more responsibility in the retail team. You will work cooperatively with your Store Manager and team to ensure the store is running at 100% at all times. Your impressive customer service experience will ensure you will take a lead role in sales, merchandising and customer satisfaction. What’s in it for you? Your responsibilities include: · Working with your store manager to assist in driving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store. · Emphasizing technical, merchandising and sales techniques to the team to grow sales within the store. · Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store. · Assisting the store manager in communicating sales budgets and other feedback to your team. · Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively. · Providing ongoing training to team members. · Assisting with rostering responsibilities and ad hoc administration. Experience Required · Previous store management experience in retail is favourable · A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience. · Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately. · Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities. · A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
