JOB DESCRIPTION Please note hours – M-F , 11am-7pm . A level of flexibility may be required at times. About the Operations Supervisor Role: As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner. What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to): Planning and coordinating daily activities and holding team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI’s, and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads. What you’ll bring to the role: 2+ years experience in a similar role (as described above) Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.) You're enthusiastic, motivated, show initiative and can multi-task Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement An inclusive workplace, works for everyone We celebrate difference.
