Are you an experienced Reliability Engineer with a background in the industrial or food manufacturing sector? Join us at the forefront of tinned food production as we strive for excellence in asset reliability and cost-effective maintenance practices. This business is located in Shepparton, VIC.     As a Reliability Engineer, you will serve as the linchpin for ensuring the reliability of our business assets through proactive measures. Leveraging methodologies like FMEA and RCA, you'll pre-emptively identify and address potential issues. Demonstrating strong leadership, you'll lead planning, troubleshooting, and offer technical support while seamlessly collaborating with the engineering department for optimal performance. Infusing innovation into maintenance practices, you'll drive smarter, cost-effective approaches, continuously evaluating processes for enhancement. Additionally, you'll manage a team of five skilled trades, providing day-to-day troubleshooting and overseeing asset management processes using D365.  Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant trades background. Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial or food manufacturing setting. Familiarity with reliability principles such as FMEA and RCA. Proficiency in D365 or similar asset management software.
