Accounts Receivable Officer

This role is based on site 5 days per week.The RoleAs an Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer you will be responsible for managing the entire function. The focus on this role is more around the Invoicing, Billing, Banking, Reconciling duties, its estimated that less than 30% of your time will be spent on recoveries. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:Raising InvoicesRe-invoicing for adjustmentsAllocation of paymentsBillingEvaluate customers' ability to payNegotiate paymentsHandle queriesReconciliationsAssist in legal escalations.Regular reporting on debtorsProcess improvementQueriesYour ProfileTo be successful in this role you will ideally have some element of Accounts Receivable experience, however the client is very open to training. You will enjoy working in team environments where you support those working around you.
