We seek a dynamic and results-driven professional to join us as a Business Development Manager for Victoria. Responsibilities: Target and open doors with Owner/Operators, Civil Construction, Machinery Operators, Demolition, Infrastructure, and Quarries in Victoria. Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and conduct outbound calling for new business opportunities. Conduct face-to-face meetings four days a week covering all of Victoria. Adhere to company Core Values & Standards while growing existing customer accounts in Victoria. Develop new customer relationships, increase revenue, and maintain Gross Profit Uphold and portray a professional, honest culture while managing good rapport with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. Support the CRM process, including sales and quotes, order fulfillment, and scheduling. Demonstrate a driven and pleasantly persistent attitude, respecting company values and beliefs. Work autonomously with a self-motivated and determined approach, collaborating effectively inside and outside the organization, meeting attendance requirements, and producing accurate and quality work. Join the daily virtual huddle from 7.20-7.30am  Requirements Skill Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong business development skills. Background in earthmoving machinery or Civil Construction experience is essential Familiarity with Pipedrive and transitioning to Odoo. PR skills for building and maintaining valuable relationships. Excellent time management capabilities. Advanced understanding of IT and technology systems, including proficiency in Microsoft 365. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Good research abilities for proactive market engagement. Outstanding ability to work autonomously with a proven track record in remote capacities. Benefits What’s in it for you?
