This opportunity The Change Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting a change program across a transformation project. Working into the Change Manager, within the People Experience team, this role will be responsible for executing change activities to support a variety of operating changes (including ways of working and system changes) impacting teams across the organisation. Our change programs are grounded in a people-first approach, ensuring that we deliver a positive experience for our people that is aligned to both our culture and organisational strategy. At TPG Telecom, we’re focused on building change maturity and capability and this role will have the opportunity to contribute to this exciting work as well as support other change programs as required. This role is a 18 month Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the integrated transformational change program, including the transition to new ways of working, as well as the support of technology deployments and adoption. Identify and build relationships with relevant stakeholders, delivering the engagement strategy to build awareness, understanding and commitment to change initiatives. Carry out business change impact assessments and document identified risks or barriers and mitigation activities as well as defining engagement, communication and enablement needs for each stakeholder group.  In partnership with the Internal Communications team, design and deliver the communications strategy, including the creation and distribution of communications and resources and manage relevant communication channels such as Sharepoint and Workplace. Work closely with the Capability team to identify capability needs and contribute to the learning strategy to ensure those impacted by the change have the skills needed to embed the change. Design and deliver other programs to support the change efforts as required such as manager readiness, sponsor plans or change agent programs. Support with creating adoption strategies including developing resistance management plans. Support with tracking program effectiveness and success, managing continuous improvement strategies, active feedback loops and producing required reporting and recommendations. Collaborate with the project team, where relevant, to align and integrate change activities to the broader project plan. Work in partnership with the Transformation Office, project team and consultants to ensure the change program is integrated effectively within the project. Day to day collaboration with a 3rd party consultancy change team. Knowledge and experience Working knowledge of a range of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver successful change programs. Demonstrated project experience performing organisational change responsibilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence presenting and engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Excellent active listening.  A collaborative approach. A flexible, curious, and solution-oriented mindset. Experience in IT system change is desirable but not essential.
